3.1 name or alias, last 4 characters of your NRIC\/FIN or passport number, date of birth, nationality;<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 mailing address, telephone numbers, email address and other contact details;<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3 educational qualifications, professional qualifications, certifications and employment references;<\/span><\/p>\n

3.4 employment and training history;<\/span><\/p>\n

3.5 salary information; and<\/span><\/p>\n

3.6 photographs.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Consent<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You have given explicit consent under Section 14(1) of the Act for our collection and use of your personal data (included in your CV and \/ or other information provided to us where applicable) for the stated purpose as above. This is notwithstanding that there is deemed consent under Section 15(1) of the Act when an individual, without actually giving consent, voluntarily provides the personal data to the organisation for that purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Data Security and Retention<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.<\/span><\/p>\n
